Our business loses money when people who make room reservations either don’t show up or check out a day or more early with no warning.  Empty rooms mean lost money.  Please be aware. You depend on us, we depend on you.

*  at least 2 weeks before, no charge.

*  within 2 weeks before we charge 20% of the price.

*  within 2 days we charge 1 night.

*  in case you do not show up without cancellation, we have to charge you 2 nights.
